Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art, sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling, and particularly ground fighting. People who study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu learn that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against someone bigger and stronger via leverage and technique, often taking the fight to the ground and by applying joint locks and choke holds.

Our Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program provides all the benefits of adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but is geared towards youth/young adults.
Our program is open to students of all athletic abilities and emphasizes safety, respect and discipline.
Our curriculum focuses on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also includes elements of other martial arts, such as wrestling and judo, to ensure students are confident and "bully proof".
This grappling and combat martial art was developed in Britain in the late 1800s, and incorporates take downs, pins, and submissions. It teaches students to control their opponent in dominant positions, and is effective in self defense, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), and is an excellent supplement to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The Toddler's BJJ class teaches students; balance, coordination and fitness, providing an athletic base for a lifetime of activity.
Confidence and self esteem for bully prevention and overcoming fears. Discipline serving as a foundation for success in school, extra curricular activities, at home and in life. It also teaches social skills for positive peer interaction and for handling confrontation.
Muay Thai, AKA "Thai Kickboxing", is sometimes called the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it teaches strikes with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. It is often referred to as the "most effective" striking sport as the punches & kicks delivered are more powerful than any other martial art. A typical Thai Kickboxing class consists of a warm-up, cardio/body-weight exercises, and punching/kicking/knee/elbow combinations with padwork.

Are you looking to get improve your cardio and/or put on lean muscle? Then our Kettlebell Fitness class is just what you need, and in one hour, will provide you with a high intensity workout that will burn fat and build muscle.
The best part? Kettlebell Fitness is fun. Swinging and lifting a Kettlebell is easy to learn. We have “bells” of weights for complete beginners wanting to get into shape to elite athletes gaining that extra performance edge.
